4. Action principle

YT-1000L TYPE

When the input signal, the torque motor (1) generate a electromagnetic field, the baffle (2) received and leave away from the nozzle(3). The air which in the pilot valve (4) will be elimination, and push the valve core (8), Air input to the actuator (11) through the base (7). With pressure increase, the push rod (12) go down, the feedback stem (13) pull the spring (16). Until the force between the spring (16)and the torque motor (1) keep balance, the baffle (2) go back. Then the valve core (8) gag the base (7)again, the positioner keep stable.
